The AKF Scholarship
Babel Education and Shakespeare High School Alumni would like to put forward a scholarship amounting to 1.650 USD as an extra help for a student who will study abroad in the States or the UK starting with September 2011.

Alan K. Farrar was a teacher and mentor for the group who funds and coordinates this initiative, and this is our way to pay tribute for his contribution to who we are today.
Thank you!

Help us help them....
We are preparing for the opening of the Children's Library in the Recas Placement Center. We've redecorated the room and bought nice furnishings to make the place the coziest it can be.

For full enjoyment of the place, we'd love to provide as many beautiful books as possible. If you are willing to donate a children's book in Romanian which is really nicely illustrated and easy to read (for ages 7 to 10) you can bring it to our office, Spl. Tudor Vladimirescu nr.9 apt.5B and we'll add it to the list. We'd love to receive it by April 28.
